April Thoughts

Hmmmm... late nights. They seem to be the only kind of nights I get lately. Between Driver's Ed, homework, Jesus, church events, photography, family, friends and anything else that randomly jumps into schedule, I'm kind of surprised I get any sleep at all. Life is insane.

And I love it.

I'm literally laying on stomach on my pillow-laden, unmade bed with my feet in the air, covered by an exotic flower patterned comforter while listening to a random folk band on spotify- at 12:30 am. And I have to be up by 6:15 to go babysit.

Anyway, as April came to a close, I found myself reflecting on it. April was a whirlwind. One of my besties turned 16, I started driving, I hung out with some amazing people and lived life to the fullest. April was amazing. To sum it up, here are a few of my favorite memories from the month.

Hobbit Movie Night with the girls

Hanging out and getting to know Miss Madison a bit better.

Hairstyling, selfportraiting, etc...

Watching tracks meets with M and shopping with A.

Bunny trailing in with the school newspaper staff every Monday afternoon.

Playing with Revo Band on Sundays and practicing on Thursdays.

The perfect way to start May: snuggling the most adorable 3 year old in the world and going to see Iron Man 3. (A new favorite movie!)

This is definitely my favorite quote from this month. It reminded me that you can see beauty with your eyes, but sometimes you have to choose to open your heart to really experience beauty.

Here's to May!
